Returns Policy

At Bharat Hardwares, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged or shows signs of use.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return:

    • WhatsApp: Send a message to 8005504986.
    • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos.

  • Return Authorization:

    • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning the product.
    • Please do not return the item without an RMA number.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • Company Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: If the product is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.

4. Proof of Delivery

  • Video Requirement: Please record a video showing the product and its packaging before shipping it back. This will assist us in processing your return and addressing any issues efficiently.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products and health and safety items, are not eligible for return. Exceptions will be indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges

  • Process: To exchange a product, return the original item using our return process and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
