  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

  • Cancellation Confirmation: We will confirm the cancellation and refund details via email or WhatsApp.

2. Refunds

    • Before Shipping: If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
    • After Shipping: Refunds are available for returns made under our Returns Policy. The product must be returned in accordance with our return guidelines.

    • Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product or confirm a valid cancellation.
